memorial day weekend

Spent the memorial day weekend with friends down in Columbus, OH. Had a blast! Asian Food Festival happening at the same time didn’t hurt one bit, either. Tristan tired from all the travelling (this and Florida last week). Hasn’t been eating well when on the road, either. He’s also having a hard time at home when he has to sleep in his own bed/room. May 26th

Tristan's appetite

After two weeks of insisting on a diet of just milk and juice (baby food is the closest we could get him to try anything solid), Tristan has, all of a sudden, made a complete 180 and is now back to eating like normal again. Strange. Was it just a funk? Was it because he missed his Mommy (Mommy had a crazy schedule the last two weeks)? Or was it the vitamins? We may never know.

Dec 3rd

Flu = not fun

I have the flu. It’s no fun. Especially on Thanksgiving. Guess who brought the bug home? That’s right, our little bundle of joy, Tristan. Today is day 2 of the flu. Though it’s not as bad as the first day. I still can’t move around as well.

Tristan’s obsessed about the Swiffer sweeper (a kind of floor mop). In the past couple of weeks, not a single day has gone by without him running around the apartment sweeping. Hello! Life’s getting real busy, what with work and my little toddler-ific son. It used to be that I had time to compose a nice long blog post, complete with photos and links, etc. Nowadays, it’s just not possible (or I just wont sit down and do it) so the idea of a shorter day-by-day (hopefully) account sounds much more manageable.
